This form is intented to request a Card Investigation Service. During this CIS we will try to retrieve the correct card reader output (e.g. UID). We need at least 3 sample cards to do proper testing.
After completing this form, it will automatically become a ticket and you will receive an email with the details of where the sample cards can be sent to. Print this email and send it along with the sample cards.
The following information is very important to perform a correct investigation. Any missing or incorrect information will cause a delay in the investigation.
inepro prefers to keep the sample cards as reference cards. If you require the sample cards back please inform us.
If your CIS request is intended for South America, Central America, North America or Canada, please check the option "Send to inepro USA LLC".
The investigation is free of charge.
