Need help finding the right configuration?

Sometimes it can be hard to create a right configuration to read out your transponders with our Spider or SCR708 readers. Although we do have an extensive manual where you can find all the options of our Spider RFID Reader Tool,it still can be difficult to create a desired configuration.

In base you can create a normal ticket and ask for help. In most cases we will be able to help you out based on the information (like an analyze of the card & desired output) you gave, but sometimes it not directly possible without having a transponder. For those situations you can request for a Card Investigation Service (CIS). In that case you have to send 3 sample transponders, together with a description of the expected data. In some cases we also need Application Keys to read out data from a specific segment or application within the card and in order to perform a comprehensive investigation it is advised to ship this together with the transponders.

This online CIS form can be found here:

Please complete the CIS as detailed possible.

After filling in the form, your CIS request will create a ticket in our Service Portal. You will be notified by email with the details & shipping procedure. Please print that email out and send it together with your device.
