Although we produce our products with a lot of care, it can happen that an error or a technical fault occurs. By using our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form, This online form can be found here:
Please complete the RMA describing the problem as detailed possible.
After filling in the form, your RMA request will create a ticket in our Service Portal. You will be notified by email with the details & shipping procedure. Please print that email out and send it together with your device.
