Although we produce our products with a lot of care, it can happen that an error or a technical fault occurs. By following this RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure, you can report the issue by submitting our online form. Please complete the RMA form describing the problem (as detailed possible) and send the product(s) together with the email confirmation (which you will receive after submitting the form) to:
